Cloud Kitchen Entrepreneurship from 7-9 July, 206

The Centre for Career Counselling, Coaching and Placement (CCCP), University of Kashmir, organised a three-day workshop on "Cloud Kitchen Entrepreneurship".
The workshop trained students, research scholars and aspiring entrepreneurs in establishing and managing cloud kitchen ventures through expert sessions on business planning, technology, branding, digital marketing, startup financing, food safety and regulatory compliance.
The inaugural session was chaired by Prof. Nazir Ahmad Dar, Director, CCCP, who underscored the importance of entrepreneurship in creating employment opportunities. The workshop featured sessions by entrepreneurs, industry experts, ICICI Bank officials, representatives from Ghar Batt'i Food Delivery Service and Zomato, besides academicians and government officials.
A key attraction was a panel discussion on "How to Launch Your Own Cloud Kitchen," where experts shared practical insights on business planning, branding, investment and scaling food startups.
The valedictory session was presided over by Prof. Fayaz Ahmad, Director Admissions, who distributed certificates among the participants and reiterated the University's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship through industry-oriented initiatives.
The programme, coordinated by Dr. Abid Sarwar and Ms. Lubna Bhat, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and young professionals, providing them with practical exposure to the rapidly growing food-tech ecosystem
